A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 17425, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Maungatawhiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158745 (S.O. 41209) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
