Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Post Office
in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for a post office over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the said land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 13·58 perches, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 95, D.P. 14480, being part Section 3, Wainui District; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·95 perches, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 95, D.P. 14480, being part Section 3, Wainui District; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158680 (S.O. 24302) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a microwave radio repeater station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block IX, Awakino North Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 2 acres 2 roods 5·6 perches, being part land on D.P. 16041, being part Section 2, Block IX, Awakino North Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158715 (S.O. 39720) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3,282 acres, situated in Block VIII, Moawhango Survey District, and Block V, Motupuha Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Oruamatua-Kaimanawa 2E. All certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 219, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of May 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 9·7 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., being Lot 8 of a subdivision of Allotments 24 and 25 of Section 45 of the Town of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 751, folio 159, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
