Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Town District of Ohura

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in the Town District of Ohura, Taranaki R.D., containing 35·3 perches, being Lot 15, D.P. 6904, being part Taurangi No. 4 Block, situated in Block V, Ohura Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 118, folio 19, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 25·8 perches, situated in Block I, Cairnhill Survey District, Otago R.D., being Section 97; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158642 (S.O. 12710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of May 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government, and the public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (police station and residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 1 rood 17·2 perches, situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District, Borough of Whakatane, being part Section 43, Town of Whakatane; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158586 (S.O. 39338) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of public reserve situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District, Borough of Whakatane, described as follows:

0 2 22·2 Part Section 43, Town of Whakatane.
0 3 34·2 Sections 41 and 44, Town of Whakatane.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158586 (S.O. 39338) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 17425, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Maungatawhiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158745 (S.O. 41209) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 4·5 perches, situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Northcote, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 377, D.P. 45110. Part certificate of title, Volume 1110, folio 59, Auckland Land Registry.
