Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block XII, Mangaone Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 8 acres 3 roods 19·1 perches, situated in Block XII, Mangaone Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 219; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158743 (S.O. 23459) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre 3 roods 35·8 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being Maungatapu 1d 2b 3a Block, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. M.L. 17734.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of May 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 8·3 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lot 148, D.P. S. 4701, being part Allotment 33, Parish of Pukete. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume 239, folio 271, and Volume 721, folio 268, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of May 1959.

ALL those pieces of Crown land containing together 4 acres 2 roods 11·9 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lots 74 to 79 and 81 to 87 (all inclusive), D.P. S. 4701, and Lots 88 to 94 (inclusive), D.P. S. 4700. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume 239, folio 271, and Volume 721, folio 268, Auckland Land Registry.
