Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in Block I, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of May 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 25·88 perches, situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 754, D.P. 19348, being part Tutae Paraike 2b and 2d 1. Part certificate of title, Volume 652, folio 25, Wellington Land Registry.
