Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 4th day of May 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land in the Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
47 1 10 Allotment N.W. 88, Parish of Maungataniwha, Block XI; coloured blue on plan.
56 0 12 Part Allotment 95, Parish of Maungataniwha, Blocks VII and XI; coloured yellow on plan.
14 2 29·6 Part Allotment 95, Parish of Maungataniwha, Block XI; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143564 (S.O. 37103) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Oamaru Aerodrome
———
In the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935 and in the matter of the Oamaru Aerodrome in the Otago Land District.
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice that he prohibits absolutely the erection, placing, or extension, without the consent of the Minister in Charge of Civil Aviation, of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind on the land described in the Schedule hereto, and also limits the height to which trees may be grown on the said land without the consent of the Minister in Charge of Civil Aviation to 100 ft above the level of the ground.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kerikeri Central and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
