Vesting a Reserve in the Waitemata County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

LOTS 1 and 2, D.P. 46292, being parts Allotment 37, Parish of Okura. Part certificate of title, Volume 1615, folio 2. Also Lot 3, D.P. 46292, being part Allotment 11, Parish of Okura. Part certificate of title, Volume 584, folio 258. All situated in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District: Total area, 3 acres and 21·3 perches, more or less.

Revoking Foreshore Licence at Dargaville, Northern Wairoa River, Kaipara Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence originally granted on the 8th day of December 1948,* to the North Auckland Times Co. Ltd., of Dargaville (and subsequently assigned to Peter Vodanovich, retailer, of Dargaville), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Dargaville, Northern Wairoa River, Kaipara Harbour, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 6942 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a factory thereon as shown on the said plan, is hereby revoked.
