Reservation of Land

ALL that portion of the bed of the Rangitikei River commencing at its confluence with the Kawhatau River adjacent to the western corner of part Subdivision A, Awarua Block, situated in Block VI, Hautapu Survey District, and extending generally south-westwards to the sea coast, situated in Blocks I and II, Sandy Survey District.

For the purposes of this notice, the term “Bed” has the same definition as that contained in subsection (2) of section 206 of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Rotorua Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Rotorua Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Vincent, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a rubbish dump to a reserve for a site for a Guides’ hall.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
