A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (sub-station).

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 30·6 perches, situated in Block V, Hokonui Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 77; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158575 (S.O. 6560) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of April 1959.

of Water Power (Parawai Switching Station) in Block VIII,
Thames Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Parawai Switching Station); and I also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the development of water power (Parawai Switching Station) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty’s servants; agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the said land described in the said First Schedule.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 16 perches, situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Te Moko 1A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158442 (S.O. 39432) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 1·7 Part Te Moko 1A Block; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 0·6 Part Amoriro Block; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158442 (S.O. 39432) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water and pipeline easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 594036, Auckland Land Registry, for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 2 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 15832, being part of Allotment 9, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158577 (S.O. 40243) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
