A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY SECTIONS 7 and 12, Block I, Maungamangero Survey District: Area, 801 acres 1 rood, more or less. Shown on plan No. 43/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 15808 and 30152.)

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes Near Palmerston

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 acres 1 rood 27 perches.
Being Section 82, Block IV, Moeraki Survey District, Waihemo County. (S.O. 12628.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15677 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the 17th day of October 1952, and published in Gazette, 23 October 1952, Volume III, page 1730, taking land for street diversion, in connection with the Gisborne-Karaka Railway, as affects the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 6·4 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 2956; situated in the City of Gisborne. (S.O. 5004.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15106 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
