THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Havelock North Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 3 and 4 of a subdivision of the land adjoining the said street (as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 158471 referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of 13 ft from the side lines of the said street, or on Lots 6 to 15 (inclusive) of the said subdivision within a distance of 28 ft from the side lines of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the Borough of Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay R.D., containing 1 rood 14 perches, and being parts Lots 1 to 4 (inclusive), D.P. 7632, part suburban Section 7, Havelock. Part certificates of title, H.B. Volume 115, folio 110, and H.B. Volume 96, folio 36. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158471 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
