A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 32·8 perches, situated in Block XVI, Pakawau Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Lot 18, L.T. Plan 5716, being part Section 12, Square 15. Part certificate of title, Volume 128, folio 108, Nelson Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the leasehold estates in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wallace Brown, of Alexandra, labourer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. 161, Volume 174, folio 56, Otago Land Registry; and the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Stanley Gordon Lewis, of Springvale, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. R.L. °66, Volume 206, folio 101, Otago Land Registry; and the land thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Verdon Kelliher, of Alexandra, farmer, and Elizabeth Kelliher, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. L.P. 1555, Volume 377, folio 66, Otago Land Registry; and the land fourthly described in the said Second Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Patrick Francis Kelliher, of Springvale, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 1541, Volume 348, folio 23, Otago Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1959.
