Land Taken, Subject as to Parts to a Drainage Easement, for
a Public School in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land first
and secondly described in the said Schedule to the drainage
easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No.
614227, Auckland Land Registry, for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 20th day of April 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Waiwera Sur-
vey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 23·5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 24478, being part Allotment 19,
Waiwera Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
6 3 18·3 Part Lot 2, D.P. 18150, being part Allotment 19,
Waiwera Parish; coloured yellow, edged yellow,
on plan.
0 0 32 Part Lot 2, D.P. 18150, being part Allotment 19,
Waiwera Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 158576 (S.O. 39117) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of April 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 20th day of April 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 3 perches,
situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being the Maori Land Court Subdivision known as
Ngarara West A 26 A 2. All certificate of title, Volume 522,
folio 31, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 15th day of April 1959.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a milk
treating house, and that the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
20th day of April 1959.
