A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
PART Sections 4 and 12, Block II, Matakita Survey District: Area, 1,166 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 114/17 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 7698 and 8516.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 8 perches.
Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 1329, being Crown land situated in the Borough of Runanga. (D.P. 1329.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject as to Lot 70, D.P. 1242, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. K. 22097, and together with, as to Lot 116, D.P. 1192, the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. K. 22098, Westland Registry.

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Alexandra Rabbit District Order 1959.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Alexandra Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 11th day of May 1949,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ALEXANDRA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Counties of Raglan and Otorohanga, containing 39,200 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 254, Pirongia Parish, on the left bank of the Waipa River in Block XII, Alexandra Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along that left bank and westerly up the middle of the Moakuraru Stream and along the right bank of the Ngutunui Stream to the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block X, Pirongia Survey District; thence northerly generally along that eastern boundary, the southern and eastern boundaries of part Waiwhakaata 3E 2, Section 4A, and the production of that last-mentioned eastern boundary to and along the middle of Ngutunui Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Waiwhakaata 3E 2, Section 3B Block; thence along a right line to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that block, the north-eastern boundary of Waiwhakaata 3E 2, Section 3C, the south-western and north-western boundaries of Section 22, Block X, Pirongia Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of Kopua 1S 2B 2B, the south-western end of a public road and the north-eastern boundary of Kopua 1S 2B 2B 2B Block, crossing the intervening Ngutunui Road, to the northernmost corner of that block; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 17, Block VI, Pirongia Survey District, to its easternmost corner; thence again northerly generally along a right line crossing Ngutunui Road, Sections 4 and 15, Block VI aforesaid, and a permanent State forest, as described in Gazette, 1935, page 581, to the westernmost corner of Mangauika A 1 Block (Trig. Station A); thence along the north-western boundary of that block and the north-western boundaries of Section 6, Block III, Pirongia Survey District, and Mangauika B 2, Section 2, the south-western boundary of Allotment 358, and along the southern side of a public road forming the generally north-western boundaries of Allotments 358, 357, 356, 355, 354, 343, 342, 341, and 340, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 294 shown on D.P. S. 734; thence along a right line across that road to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the said Allotment 294, the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 296 and a right line diagonally across a public road to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 284 to and northerly along the eastern side of another public road forming the generally western boundaries of Allotments 283 and 282 to the northernmost corner of Allotment 282; thence still northerly generally along a right line across that public road to the southernmost corner of Allotment 156 shown on D.P. 4424; thence along the northern side of another public road forming the generally south-western boundaries of the said Allotment 156 to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 149A, 149, 148, and 147, the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 147 and 411, and the production of that last-mentioned boundary across Arthurs Road to and along the eastern, north-eastern, and north-western boundaries of Allotment 137 and the north-western boundary of Allotment 138, to a point on the last-mentioned boundary, distant 800 links approximately from the south-eastern corner of Allotment 382; thence north-westerly along a right line across that allotment to a point on its northern boundary distant 2400 links approximately from the north-eastern corner of the said Allotment 382; thence north-easterly along the northern boundary of Allotment 382, the eastern boundary of Allotment 381, the southern boundary of Allotment 134, crossing the intervening Arthurs Road, and the southern boundary of Allotment 410 to and along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 144 and 143 and the eastern side of Arthurs Road to the south-western boundary of Allotment 129; thence along a right line diagonally across Arthurs Road to the southernmost corner of part Allotment 311; thence along the southern boundary of that allotment, the northern boundaries of Allotments 371 and 376, the eastern boundary of Lot 2 of Allotment 374, to and along the southern side of a public road forming the northern boundary of part Allotment 311, and up the middle of the
