Crown Land Set Apart for Broadcasting Purposes (Transmitter Site) in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby set apart for broadcasting purposes (transmitter site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 22·4 perches, situated in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Section 399, Left Bank Wanganui River.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres and 20·6 perches, situated in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 398, Left Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158477 (S.O. 24199) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of April 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio beacon); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

1 1 10·8 Part Section 397, Left Bank Wanganui River; coloured orange on plan.
0 2 33·9 Part Section 398, Left Bank Wanganui River; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158477 (S.O. 24199) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 58640, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32·5 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 69, D.P. 44205. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1373, folio 16, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 31·2 perches, situated in Block I, Kaingaroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158499 (S.O. 39594) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
