Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land together containing 1 acre 3 roods 21·8 perches, more or less, situate in Block I, Belmont Survey District, being the Mahinawa 1c 2b 2 Block, and part of the Mahinawa 1c 2b Block, which said pieces of land comprise the balance of the land called Mahinawa 1c 2b, remaining in certificate of title, Volume 739, folio 42, Wellington Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of April 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 16, Block XXVIII, Taumarunui Maori Township, as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 35950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 20·1 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 51, Section 3, Town of Mercer; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158550 (S.O. 40849) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1959.
