A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart, subject to pipeline certificate No. 22103,
Westland Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 13th day of April 1959.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38 perches, situated in Block
IV, Cobden Survey District, Westland R.D., and being Lot 11,
D.P. 1241. Part certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 88, West-
land Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of April 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for an institution established under the
Child Welfare Act 1925, subject as to part to a restriction
as to building line imposed by memorandum of acceptance
No. X13665 and to rights of batter created by memorandum
of transfer No. 210392, Otago Land Registry; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 13th day of April 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 13·1 perches, situ-
ated in the City of Dunedin, being Lots 11 and 12, D.P.
9215, and being part Section 25, Wakari Survey District.

Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a quarry, is
hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th
day of April 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 29·8 perches, situ-
ated in Block IX, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Pukohu Block; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158512 (S.O.
24312) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a
public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

ALL that portion of public reserve, situated in Block VII,
Otago Peninsula Survey District, Otago R.D., described as
follows:

Enjoyment of a Public School in Block XII, Waipu Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a public school
over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting
in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty,
licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place,
reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under,
along, across, and above the said land, and to use the said
line of pipes for the conveyance of water, stormwater, surface
water, and sewage through the said pipes, such easement
to be held appurtenant to land described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12·8 perches, situated in
Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
part Ohungarere No. 4 Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158526 (S.O. 41165)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 13 acres and 7·7 perches,
situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
and being part Ohungarere No. 4 Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153405
(S.O. 40125) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
