a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 13001, being a point on the boundary of the City of Wellington, as described in Gazette, 1955, at page 695; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Lot 1 to its westernmost corner; thence southerly along the western boundary of that Lot and Lot 1, D.P. 9434, to the northern side of Allington Road, being a point on the boundary of the City of Wellington aforesaid; thence easterly and northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 11 acres 1 rood 23Β·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 18143, and being part Section 57, Karori District, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 14 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 10, Kaiwharawhara District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Wellington, as described in Gazette, 1955, at page 695; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Section 10, for a distance of approximately 4 chains, to the 660 foot contour line, based on the City Datum; thence south-easterly and south-westerly generally along that contour line to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 10, approximately 20 chains from the easternmost corner of that Section, the said intersection being a point on the boundary of the City of Wellington aforesaid; thence north-easterly and north-westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 16th day of July 1958 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

THE Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Martin Square adjoining Lot 22, Part Lot 12, D.P. 69, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 14, folio 178, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the City of Wellington, known as Martin Square, fronting Lot 22 and part Lot 12, D.P. 69, being part Section 229, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158479 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 16th day of July 1958 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
