A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and that the portion of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2·3 perches, situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Lot 37, D.P. 1034, and being part Section 210, Kaikoura Suburban Registration District; coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 16·5 perches, situated in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 264, Kaikoura Suburban Registration District; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158438 (S.O. 4371) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
