for State Housing Purposes in Blocks XVI and XVII,
Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land first described to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 43542, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to a condition as to the building line imposed by Special Order No. 474479, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 23·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Ashburton, being Lots 1 to 22, 24 to 34, and 36 to 38 (all inclusive), D.P. 19831, being part Rural Section 10092. Part certificate of title, Volume 720, folio 94, Canterbury Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland Harbour Bridge and shall vest in the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, L.T. Plan 45468. Part certificate of title, Volume 441, folio 299, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of April 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papatoetoe as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 2·2 Part Lot 1, D.P. 39021, being part Allotment 37, Manurewa Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·5 Part Lot 7, Block 4, D.P. 8911, being part Allotment 37, Manurewa Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158439 (S.O. 41099)-deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
