Crown Land Set Apart for the Development of Water Power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme) in Blocks VI and X, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 40 acres, situated in Blocks VI and X, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Rural Sections 717 and 718. All certificate of title, Volume 220, folio 263, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Public Reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme).
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26 acres, situated in Block VI, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Reserve 2950.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 3, D.P. 20507, to the drainage and stormwater rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 420411, and subject as to Lot 4, D.P. 20507, to the sewerage and drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 420412, Wellington Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 25·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., and being Lots 2 to 7 (inclusive), 10 to 14 (inclusive), and 16 to 20 (inclusive), D.P. 20507, being part Subdivision 10, Horowhenua Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 31, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1959.
