Notice of Intention to Take Land in the Borough of Taupo for Street (Taupo-National Park State Highway Widening)
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for street. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Taupo and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a public school; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the post office at Stokes Valley and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

All certificate of title, Volume 640, folio 1, Wellington Land Registry (fronting Kairimu Street, Stokes Valley); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158159 (Deeds Plan 605) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon bordered green.

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 15, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

This notice shall come into force on the 6th day of March 1959.

The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the services set out in the Schedule hereto.

The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the services referred to in the Schedule in respect of which, pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer applies.
