ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the West Waikato Rabbit District Order 1959.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- The boundaries of the West Waikato Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 8th day of August 1932,* are hereby altered and redefined; and as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WEST WAIKATO RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area of approximately 32,000 acres in the County of Waipa in the South Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Waikato River, in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, in the middle of the mouth of the Mangakotukutu Stream, and running generally south-easterly up the left bank of the said Waikato River to the north-western corner of Allotment 20d, Parish of Pukekura, in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District; thence generally southerly along the western boundaries of Allotments 20d aforesaid, and 20c of the said Parish of Pukekura, to and along the generally western side of the Cambridge-Te Awamutu Main Highway to the easternmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 17300, being part Allotment 225, Parish of Pukekura aforesaid, in Block IV, Puniu Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that Lot 3 and the northern boundaries of Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 17300 aforesaid, being parts of the said Allotment 225, to and along right lines passing through the land shown on D.P. 3742 and D.P. 4096, following the eastern boundaries of Allotments 307 and 306, the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 305 and the northern boundaries of Allotments 304, 292, and 286, the said allotments being of the Parish of Puniu, to and along the southern side of the public road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 217 of the last-mentioned parish to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 181, Parish of Ngaroto, shown on D.P. 8410; thence along a right line to and along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Allotment 180, shown on D.P. 8410 aforesaid, along the eastern boundaries of the subdivisions shown on D.P. 8708, being Allotments 179, 178, 177, 176, 175, 174, 173, and part 172, Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid, and of the subdivisions shown on D.P. 7125, being part Allotment 172 aforesaid, and Allotments 171, 170, 169, 168, 167, 166, and 165, to and along the eastern end of the public road forming the southern boundary of Allotment 164, the said allotments being of the Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid, and along the northern side of the last-mentioned public road, to and along the northern side of Kite Road, to and along the generally western side of the Great South Road, to and along the northern side of the Ngahinapouri-Ohaupo Road to the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence northerly along the eastern side of that railway to the southern boundary of the City of Hamilton; thence generally south-easterly and then north-easterly along that southern boundary as described in Gazette, No. 24, of the 14th day of April 1954, page 587, to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Bruce Rabbit District Order 1959.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- The boundaries of the Bruce Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 24th day of September 1952,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE BRUCE RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, and Milton Borough containing 138,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the centre of the railway bridge adjoining Section 8, Block XXI, Waihola Survey District; thence generally south-easterly down the centre of the Taieri River to its mouth; thence generally south-westerly to and along the sea coast to the mouth of the Tokomairiro River; thence generally north-westerly up the centre of the Tokomairiro River to a point in line with the northern side of Sally Gully Road; thence south-westerly along Sally Gully Road to and north-westerly along a public road forming the western boundary of D.P. 5832; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 1 of 6 and 2 of 6, and the south-western boundaries of 2 of 6 and 5, to and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Section 8 and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Section 13, Block I, Kaitangata Survey District, to the south-eastern boundary of Section 3s, Tokoiti Settlement; thence south-westerly along that boundary to a public road; thence south-westerly along the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections 29, 28, and 1, Block III, Kaitangata Survey District; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the northern and western boundaries of Section 38 and Sections 37 and 36, to and westerly along the northern boundary of Section 32, and again south-westerly along the western boundaries of Sections 32 and 33, all of Block II, Kaitangata Survey District, to a public road; thence generally south-westerly along public roads forming the northern boundaries of Sections 9, 8, 7, 3 and through Section 3, and forming the western boundaries of Sections 1 and 2, Block V, Kaitangata Survey District, the northern boundary of Section 5 and intersecting Sections 5 and 4, Block V, South Tuakitoto Survey District, to the eastern shore of Tuakitoto Lake; thence northerly and westerly along the shores of that lake to and westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of Section 3, Block VIII, South Tuakitoto Survey District, to Stony Creek; thence generally north-westerly along the centre of Stony Creek to and easterly along the southern boundary Section 10A, Barnego Settlement, to the Hillend-Lovells Flat Road; thence north-westerly along that road, and northerly along the western boundary and easterly along the northern boundary of Section 25, Block VII, Hillend Survey District, to its north-eastern corner; thence due north to Lovells Creek and generally northerly along that creek to and generally north-easterly along the southern boundary of D.P. 4684 to the Mount Stuart - Lovells Flat Road; thence generally north-westerly along the south-western side of that road to the south-eastern boundary of Block IV, Waitahuna East Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Block V, Waitahuna East Survey District to Trig Q, Round Hill; thence generally north-easterly along the road on the south-eastern boundary of Section 28, Block VII, Table Hill Survey District, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 29; thence generally south-easterly to and along the north-eastern boundaries of that Section 29, Block VII, and Sections 72 and 71, Block IV, Table Hill Survey District to a closed road; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of that closed road through Section 71 to Nugget Creek Road; thence generally south-easterly to and down the middle of Shepherd Gully Stream to its confluence with the western branch of the Tokomairiro River; thence generally north-easterly up the centre of that branch to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 26, Block V, Table Hill Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along that road to Flettโs Bridge Road; thence north-easterly along that road and southerly along the western boundary of Sections 28 and 27, Block V, Table Hill Survey District, to a road forming the northern boundary of Sections 41, 42, 19, and 43, Block VI, Table Hill Survey District; thence generally easterly along that road to the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Block VI, Table Hill Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of that section to the Tokomairiro River, East Branch; thence generally northerly along the centre of that river to and easterly along the road intersecting Section 22, Block VI, Table Hill Survey District, to Douglas Road; thence generally northerly and easterly along Douglas Road to a public road; thence generally easterly along that road on the northern boundaries of Sections 31, 32, 33 and 34, Block X, Clarendon Survey District, to the eastern boundary of said block; thence southerly along that boundary to the Clarendon - Circle Hill Road; thence generally south-easterly along the road to Clarendon-Berwick Road; thence north-easterly along Clarendon-Berwick Road to the south-western boundary of Block X, Waihola Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the shore of Lake Waihola; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern shores of Lake Waihola and the north-western boundary of Block XXI, Waihola Survey District, to the point of commencement.
