HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for road.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5·5 perches, situated in Block VIII, Makuri Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 32, Township of Ngaturi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158240 (S.O. 24237) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Partly Revoking an Order in Council Declaring Land to be a Motorway in Blocks II, V, VII, and XII, Belmont Survey District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 22nd day of December 1954, published in Gazette, 22 December 1954, Vol. III, page 2070, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2391, declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4·63 perches, situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 50, Porirua District, being part of the land in Proclamation No. 5197, Wellington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157588 (S.O. 23946) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The Waverley Cemetery Order 1959

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of February 1959
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waverley Cemetery Order 1959.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1959.
  2. The powers of appointing and removing trustees for the Waverley Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby delegated to the Patea County Council.
  3. The Order in Council dated 5 December 1889,* by which trustees were appointed for the control of the Waverley Public Cemetery, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
PATEA CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 8 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being part Section 328, Okotuku District, situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District, and being whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 27, folio 15.

The Waimatenui Cemetery Closing Order 1959

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of February 1959
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waimatenui Cemetery Closing Order 1959.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1959.
  2. The Waimatenui Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 1st day of October 1959.
  3. The Waimatenui Cemetery is hereby vested in the Hobson County Council as a closed cemetery for maintenance in good order as a public reserve.

SCHEDULE
WAIMATENUI CEMETERY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 1·3 perches, more or less, being part Section 11, Block II, Tutamoe Survey District, as shown in the plan marked 191/2/129 deposited in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
