Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block I, Maungatautari Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Maungatautari Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 7·1 Part Lot 2, D.P. 34053, being part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 3·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 33634, being part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158206 (S.O. 38454) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches, situated in Block VI, Okains Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 2978, part Rural Section 11131; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158054 (S.O. 9434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government, together with as to the land first described in the said Schedule, the rights of way granted by memoranda of transfer Nos. 94761 and 257176, Wellington Land Registry, and subject to conditions of consent by the Wellington City Council, Nos. 94663, K. 22323, and K. 23681, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land thirdly described in the said Schedule to the right of encroachment created by agreement registered under No. 110092, Wellington Land Registry, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.
