A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 36·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 4507, being part Section 8, Suburbs of Taupo. Part certificate of title, Volume 1416, folio 3, Auckland Land Registry.
