Portions of a Public Domain and Portion of a Public Reserve
Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and the portion of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of public domain situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

1 2 30·5 Part Allotment 319, Parish of Waiwera; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 29·8 Part Allotment 353, Parish of Waiwera; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 13 Part Lot 1 of Allotment 238, Parish of Waiwera; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 13·8 Part Lot 2 of Allotment 238, Parish of Waiwera; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156537 (S.O. 38835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of public reserve containing 4 perches, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D. and being part Lot 78, D.P. 12795, being part Allotment 65, Parish of Waiwera; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156537 (S.O. 38835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of February 1959.

Telephone Exchange in Block VII, Maungamangero Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of public reserve containing 11 perches, situated in Block VII, Maungamangero Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 30, Waitanguru Village; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158205 (S.O. 39428) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 25·8 perches, situated in the Waitomo County, Auckland R.D., being part Section 1, Block V, Awakino East Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158209 (S.O. 39520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alan Keith McLachlan under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 600, folio 242, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1,880 acres, situated in Block IV, Haurangi Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Section 6.
