Crown Land Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes
(Residence) in the Borough of Marton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 27·31 perches, situated in the Borough of Marton, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 19196, being part Block VIII, Rangitikei District. Part certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 5, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of February 1959.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 7·6 perches situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 5, D.P. S. 5396, being part of Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of February 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land now held for State housing purposes, described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for public schools; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of March 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, described as follows:

5 2 35·7 Lot 65, D.P. S. 4716, being part Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, described as follows:
