PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for
the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 30th day of
October 1956, subject as to Lot 33, D.P. 19395, to the drainage
easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 197935,
Wellington Land Registry.
