Cancellation of the Vesting in the Napier City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier and revokes the reservation for a site for a community centre over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Declaration That the Land Shall be Held by the Hamilton City Council for the Purpose of a Service Lane

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall be held by the Hamilton City Council for the purpose of a service lane.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject as to Part to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of August 1957, subject as to the land in Proclamation No. 2177 to the rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 82862 and also to caveat No. 2636, Taranaki Land Registry.
