Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Ngaruawahia
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 25·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Ngaruawahia, being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. S. 5036, being part Allotment 189, Suburbs of Newcastle North. Part certificate of title, Volume 1427, folio 24, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 25 acres 3 roods 33·39 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Section 69, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 479, folio 121, Wellington Land Registry, excepting thereout the land contained in D.P. 19693, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 16·6 perches, being part Section 8, Block VII, Maketu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157826 (S.O. 39430) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of water rights created in memorandum of transfer No. 726, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, situated in the Borough of Taradale, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

2 0 11·8 Lot 15 and parts Lots 16 and 52, Deeds Plan 116, parts Suburban Sections 39 and 58, Meeanee; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 9·5 Part Lot 51, Deeds Plan 116, parts Suburban Sections 39 and 58, Meeanee; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157685 (S.O. 3077) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
