Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the City of Timaru

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 28 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury D.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 14712, part Rural Section 2683. All certificate of title, Volume 527, folio 260, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1958.
