Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the City of Lower Hutt

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 5 acres 1 rood 14·4 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lot 15, D.P. 8991, being Section 15, Block XXXIII, Hutt Valley Settlement. Parts certificates of title, Volume 180, folio 53; Volume 269, folio 191; and Volume 359, folio 216, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of December 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2 roods 7 perches, situated in Block I, Town of Oban, Southland R.D., being Sections 3 and 4.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of public reserve in the South Auckland Land District containing 5 acres 2 roods 22·9 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 175, being part Allotment 419, Town of Hamilton East. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 492, folio 238, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 4107, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 16·88 perches, situated in Block II, Belmo Survey District, being Lots 71 and 72, D.P. 20024, being part Section 107, Porirua District (Town of Porirua East Extension No. 33). Parts certificates of title, Volume 400, folio 54, and Volume 419, folio 136, Wellington Land Registry.
