Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 35·8 perches, more or less, being the land known as Maungatapu D 2B 3A Block, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 643, folio 183. (M.L. Plan 17734.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of December 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 1·02 perches, situated in Block IX, Langitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 61, D.P. 18394. Balance certificate of title, Volume 427, folio 156, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 38·4 perches, being Lots 9 and 10, D.P. S. 4202, being part Allotment 235, Parish of Kirikiri roa. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1219, folio 48, Auckland Land Registry.
