they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence:
Provided that the licensee shall not by virtue of this clause
be required, except in the normal course of alteration, repair,
or maintenance, to reconstruct, in conformity with the regulations hereinbefore mentioned, any electric line or work
which conformed to the regulations in force at the time of
the construction thereof and has not become a hazardous line
as described in the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
5. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21-01 of
the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
continue in force until the 29th day of June 1967.
7. The Orders in Council specified in the Second Schedule hereto, authorising the licensee to erect and use electric lines, are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
THE Franklin Electric Power District as defined in the Third Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 25th day of July 1939, and published in the Gazette on the 27th day of the same month at page 2042, altering the boundaries of the Central Waikato and Franklin Electric Power Districts.

Authorising the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within Part of the Whakatane County

At the Government House at Wellington this 3rd day of December 1958
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purpose of section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, subject to the said conditions, hereby authorises the licensee to construct electric works within the said area of supply.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS - The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY - The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
DURATION OF LICENCE - This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of July 1969.

AREA OF SUPPLY
All that portion of the Whakatane County included in the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District by the Proclamation altering the boundaries of the said district dated the 9th day of October 1958 and published in the Gazette on the 16th day of the same month at page 1383.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to Peter Murray Stewart, of Glenhope, farmer (hereinafter referred to as licensee), a licence, subject to the conditions hereinafter forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines hereinafter described.
CONDITIONS

SYSTEM OF SUPPLY - The system of supply shall be as classified under paragraph (j) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be a direct-current system at normal rated pressure of 110 volts.
DURATION OF LICENCE - Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1979 or w electrical energy is available from an electric power board other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the license generator situated in Section 24, Block III, Hope Survey District, in the County of Waimea, and proceeding as follows
(a) In a north-easterly direction to a house situated in said Section 24.
(b) In a north-westerly direction across the Westport Nelson Main Highway to a shearing shed situate in Section 6, Block III, Hope Survey District.
The said lines and buildings being more particularly shown the plan marked S.H.D. 329 deposited in the office of New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
