Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block XIV,
Waitemata Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 23 7 Part Lot 1, D.P. 9414, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 10 Part Lot 2, D.P. 9414, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157743 (S.O. 41053) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of December 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
10 2 31 6 Part Lot 1, D.P. 4206, part Ahuriri Lagoon; coloured sephia on plan.
0 0 1 1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 8642, part Block 101, Puketapu Crown Grant District; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157691 (S.O. 3065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 22 acres 1 rood 7 1 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 4206, and parts Lots 30 to 37 (both inclusive), D.P. 4219, part Ahuriri Lagoon; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157691 (S.O. 3065) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL those pieces of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 32 acres 1 rood 14 perches, situated in the Borough of Taradale, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being parts Lots 1 to 5 (both inclusive) and 4 to 9 (both inclusive) on Deeds Plan 17, being parts Suburban Sections 48, 49, 50, and 53, Meeanee as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157750 (S.O. 3082) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block VI, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 23173 being part Kaihu No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157777 (S.O. 41031) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Part certificate of title, Volume 521, folio 43, Wellington Land Registry.
