Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public
School in the City of Auckland
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby
set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this
proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
December 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 5 acres 1 rood 13·4 perches, situated in Block IX
and X, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland
R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 38701. Part certificates of title,
Volume 728, folio 19, and Volume 746, folio 232, Auckland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of December 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
Parliamentary buildings purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
December 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 2 acres 2 roods 37·71 perches, situated in the City of
Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Section 1210, Town of
Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 157761 (S.O. 24133) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of December 1958.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of December 1958.

Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agree-
ment contained in memorandum of transfer No. 207379,
Auckland Land Registry, for police purposes (residence);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 39·2 perches, situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto
Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P.
17910. All certificate of title, Volume 447, folio 236, Auckland
Land Registry.

containing 1 rood 8·7 perches, situated in the Borough of
Te Kuiti, being Lot 4, D.P. S. 296, being part Te Kuiti 2B
No. 10A Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 93,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

being part Kaihu No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157744 (S.O. 41055)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
