Land Taken for Better Utilisation in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 34·98 perches, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 7, D.P. 19160 Town of Paremata West Extension No. 15), being part Section 99, Porirua District. Part certificate of title, Volume 21, folio 43, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of December 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 13 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Lot 56, Deeds Plan 73. All certificate of title, Volume 521, folio 121, Auckland and Registry (limited as to parcels).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Wairarapa Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 7 acres 1 rood, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Tiffin Survey District, being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 10233, being part Subdivisions A and C, No. 2, Section 391, and part Section 276 (and accretion thereto), Taratahi Plain Block; the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.D. 157791 (S.O. 23620) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes and

shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 19·5 perches, situated in Block II, Te Kawau Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 16, D.P. 6318, being part Rural Section 208, Township of Carnarvon; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157764 (S.O. 24168) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
