A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's
residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District containing 1 rood 3·1 perches, situated in Block
XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
Lot 6, D.P. 42906. Formerly part certificates of title, Volume
219, folio 288, and Volume 6, folio 4, Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of December 1958.

alia, taken for the purposes of additions and extensions
the New Plymouth Borough Council's electric lighting
water-power works and vested in the Mayor, Councillors,
Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth by a Procla
tion dated the 19th day of July 1920, and published
Gazette, 22 July 1920, Volume II, page 2191;
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Wo
Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobh
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as f
the 15th day of December 1958, for a crematorium.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District
taining 4 acres 2 roods 32 perches, situated in Block
Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Lo
D.P. 8125, being part Sections 12 and 13 of the Hua

All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 1 rood 34·47 perches, situated in the City of Palmers-
ton North, Wellington R.D., being formerly part railway land;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 157797 (S.O. 23687) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

alia, taken for the purposes of a municipal market place and
vested in the Taumarunui Borough Council by a Proclamation
dated the 13th day of March 1912 and published in Gazette,
21 March 1912, Volume I, page 1076;
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as from
the 15th day of December 1958, for housing purposes.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 11 acres 2 roods 14·1 perches, situated in the
Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1
to 9 (inclusive) and Lots 11 to 48 (inclusive), D.P. 8747,
