Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 5,552 acres 3 roods 1·9 perches, more or less, being the land known as Rotomahana Turekarangi 6A 2, Sections 2B 2A, 2B 2C, 2B 2D, 3B 1A 2, part (road line), 3B 2, 3B 3A, 3B 3B, and 3B 5B Blocks, situated in Blocks I, II, V, and VI, Paeroa Survey District, Block II, Tongotaha Survey District, and Block XIV, Tarawera Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.

Declaring Lands in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as Sites for Public Schools, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Sections 10, 11, 12, 123, and part Lot 124, D.P. 29, being parts of Rural Sections 3166 and 4173, situated in Block XII, Grey Valley District, and Block VIII, Teviotdale Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 29·2 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 57, folio 122; Volume 69, folio 283, and parts certificates of title, Volume 23, folio 248, and Volume 15, folio 85; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1444A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 9417.)
Also Lot 13, D.P. 29, being part Rural Section 3166, situated in Block VIII, Teviotdale Survey District: Area, 1 rood 7 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 15, folio 85.

Crown Land Set Apart for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VIII, Waimata Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Gisborne Land District containing 1 rood 39·2 perches, situated in Block VIII, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 72, Town of Ormond; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157758 (S.O. 5052) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of December 1958.
