HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for an aerodrome.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 6·11 Part Lot 21, Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 4·88 Part Lot 22, Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 3·64 Part Lot 23, Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 1·51 Part Lot 25, Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157748 (S.O. 24279) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Holloway Road, in the City of Wellington, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 12th day of February 1958 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Holloway Road (described in the Second Schedule hereto) within a distance of 25 ft from the centre line of the said portion of street.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Holloway Road adjoining Lots 1, 2, and 3, plan A. 1282, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 41, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Holloway Road, fronting Lots 1, 2, and 3, plan A. 1282, being part Section 10, Ohiro District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157672 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Main Street, in the City of Palmerston North, Exempted From the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Palmerston North City Council on the 24th day of September 1958, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Palmerston North City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Palmerston North, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the north-western side of Main Street fronting a subdivision of Lot 4, and part Lot 3, D.P. 9559, being part Town Sections 15 and 17, Township of Palmerston North, comprised in certificate of title 579/182.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Palmerston North, known as Main Street, fronting Lot 4, and part Lot 3, D.P. 9559, being part Town Sections 15 and 17, Township of Palmerston North; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157705 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Tauranga Harbour Board to Reclaim Land in Tauranga Harbour

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of November 1958

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Tauranga Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea in Tauranga Harbour the land coloured pink and marked “proposed reclamation” on plan marked M.D. 10470 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Otorohanga College Board of Governors Order 1958

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This Order may be cited as the Otorohanga College Board of Governors Order 1958.
- The constitution of the Board of Governors of Otorohanga College, prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act 1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board:
(b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school:
(c) One member appointed by the Governor-General:
(d) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
