ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 18·1 perches, being part Section 2, Block X, Otanake Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157459 (S.O. 39308) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
