A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block VIII, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County, described as follows:
