A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 51163, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 24·9 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 35, D.P. 5290, part Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 90, folio 293.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 18·6 perches, situated in Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 3343, part Mangateretere East Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157684 (S.O. 3034) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
