A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 1 rood 31 perches, situated in Block II, Mapiotea Survey District, Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being parts Ohura South G 4M 1, G 4k 1c, G 4k 1A, and 4k 1B 1 Blocks. All certificate of title, Volume 414, folio 1, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of November 1958.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1924 and published in Gazette, 11 December 1924, Volume III, page 2898, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1482, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 12·2 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 15258, being part Sections 39 and 47, Hutt District. Part certificate of title, Volume 586, folio 193, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject as to Lots 123 to 126 (inclusive), D.P. 15763, to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 32955; Lots 146, 149, 150, and 151 to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 34646, and Lots 325, 326, 327, 344, 346, 348, 349, 350, and 380 to 382 (inclusive), D.P. 17336, to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K. 36762; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1958.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15718 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 39·8 perches.
Being part Lot 16, D.P. 9634, being part Takanini’s Grant. Situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County. (S.O. 41039.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 15728 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
