Land Taken for a Public School in Block VII, Westerfield Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928; I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 4 acres, situated in Block VII, Westerfield Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 12467, part Rural Section 20840; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157577 (S.O. 9411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 acres 1 rood, situated in Block X, Hororata Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 24318; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157578 (S.O. 9404) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 32 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 2, D.P. 16333, being part Section 107, Ohariu District. All certificate of title, Volume 650, folio 63, Wellington Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in the Borough of Richmond, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·7 Part of the land on D.P. 2256, being part of Part 4 of Section 26, District of Waimea East; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·2 Part Section 26, District of Waimea East; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157625 (S.O. 10063) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
