Declaring Lands in Otago Land District Vested in the Otago Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Otago Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 71, Block II, Tuapeka East Survey District: Area, 8 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 1749.)

Also Section 28, Block I, Budle Survey District: Area, 10 acres and 2 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 3475.)

Also part Section 23, Block V, Glenkenich Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 101, folio 36.

As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/11651 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Land Held for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road Set Apart for Road in the Borough of Riccarton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 0Β·2 perches, situated in the Borough of Riccarton, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lots 28 and 34, D.P. 242, and part Lot 5, D.P. 6829, being part Rural Section 145; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157580 (S.O. 9424) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1958.

Land Held for an Automatic Telephone Exchange Set Apart for Road in Block III, Christchurch Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for an automatic telephone exchange, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 8 perches, situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, being part Rural Section 1176. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 458057, Canterbury Land Registry.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157579 (S.O. 9288) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1958.
