A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 39·2 perches, situated in Block I, Teviotdale Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Section 20, Waipara Township (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 4250, being part Rural Section 38).
