Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in Block I, Teviotdale Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 39·2 perches, situated in Block I, Teviotdale Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Section 20, Waipara Township (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 4250, being part Rural Section 38). Part certificate of title, Volume 295, folio 181, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 27·42 perches, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lots 83 and 84, D.P. 19728, being parts Section 21, Lowry Bay District. Parts certificates of title, Volume 345, folios 254 and 253, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to building-line restriction K. 36762, Wellington Land Registry, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s residence), subject to the aforesaid restriction; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 26·26 perches, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, being Lot 524, D.P. 17976, being part Section 108, Porirua District (Town of Porirua Extension No. 28). Part certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 56, Wellington Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 15·96 perches, situated in the Borough of Petone, being Lot 80 and part Reserve D.P. 101, being part Section 5, Hutt District. All the land in Proclamation No. 4442, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public hall and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 24, Left Bank Wanganui River, and being part of the land in plan B/163. All certificate of title, Volume 201, folio 240, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 4·6 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 7306, being part Section 95, Fitzroy District. Part certificate of title, Volume 185, folio 13, Taranaki Land Registry.
