COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the First and Second
Schedules hereto, being areas vested in the Hawke's Bay Edu-
cation Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education
Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her
Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educa-
tional trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, en-
cumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the
date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

Lot 1, D.P. 2996, being part Section 7, Block V, Taramarama
Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or
less. All certificate of title, Volume 77, folio 204.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being
areas vested in the Wellington and Wanganui Education
Boards as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her
Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educa-

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on an
after the 17th day of November 1958.

All those pieces of Crown land in the North Auckland Lar
District, situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District, Auc
land R.D., described as follows:
