for Police Purposes (Residence) in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto together with and subject to drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 112215, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 22·7 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being Lot 21, D.P. 4300, and being also part Section 2, Ocean Beach Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 261, folio 75, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (clinic); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 34·5 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, and being Lot 3, D.P. 9422, being part Rural Section 14. Balance certificate of title, Volume 421, folio 229, Canterbury Land Registry.

Land Taken, Subject to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line, for a Reservoir in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 403883, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, for a reservoir and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 3·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 1325; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157570 (S.O. 9196) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 23·5 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 11, Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District. All certificate of title, Volume 199, folio 221, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Leonard Harry Andrews, of Te Kopuru, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 1078, folio 107, Auckland Land Registry and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1958.
